Your privacy is very important to us at AllTime. The following is a notice disclosing our privacy practices at AllTime Car Rental. This notice applies solely to the information collected on this website. It notifies you of the following:

What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the web site, how it is used and with whom it may be shared. 

What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data. 

The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. Only we have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. 

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request (e.g. to ship an order). 

Unless you opt out, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, changes to this privacy policy or we may post your review/comment on your car rental experience with us. 

Your Access to and Control Over Information 

You may opt out of any future contact from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number provided on our website: 

See what data we have about you, if any. 

Change/correct any data we have about you. 

Have us delete any data we have about you. 

Express any concern you have about our use of your data. 

Security:

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via our website, your information is protected both online and offline. 

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure method. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the web page address. 

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Credit Card Deposits:

A valid credit card bearing the name of the primary driver must be presented at the time of Rental. The credit card must also have a minimum of $300 plus the rental amount available at the time of vehicle pick up. This restriction may be waived for corporate/ account customers. 

We may refuse to rent if the above requirement is not met. Call our office for more details 1-905-275-7274.

Luxury/Specialty/Exotic vehicles:

Please note that any reservations requested for high-end/ luxury/specialty vehicles during the weekends, must be reserved for a minimum of 3 days. These vehicles are not rented for 1 or 2 days on the weekends. A minimum 3-day charge would apply. Call our office for more details 1-905-275-7274 or email us . 

Mileage Restrictions:

Unlimited mileage is not offered. Kms are limited to 200kms/day with a maximum of 3000kms/ month only. If the vehicle is traveling outside of Ontario, kilometers are 200kms daily, 1400kms weekly, and 3000kms monthly. Additional kilometers are charged according to vehicle size between .15 and .20 per km. Unlimited mileage does not apply to luxury/ specialty vehicles. 

Out of Province/USA Policy:

The destination must be mentioned at the time of the rental. An additional $3/day will apply for out of province usage, and $5/day for USA usage. Destination must be stated at the time of rental. Failure to do so may void any CDW purchased, and the renter may be charged up to $500 in penalties. This restriction may be waived for corporate account customers or AllTime Diamond & Business Members.

Restrictions/Policies for Local Renters:

Local renters implies customers renting a vehicle in their province of residence or those that are unable to provide a boarding pass.

Following restrictions apply:

Unlimited mileage is not offered. Kms are limited to 200kms/day with a maximum of 3000kms/ month only. Proof of liability coverage in Ontario must be provided (car insurance slip in the renter’s name). We reserve the right to decline renting the vehicle if proper documentation is not provided.

We service our local clientele within the following hours only:

Mon - Fri:    9am - 6pm

Saturdays:  9am - 5pm

Sundays:      ON CALL 

Vehicle may be picked up during extended airport hours but return must be during the hours stated above. Additional days' charge may apply if vehicle returned during extended hours. Call our office for more details 1-905-275-7274 or email us.

Hours of Operation/ Shuttle Service:

Our offices in each location operate with the same hours. Following are our hours of operation for customers arriving by air:

Mon - Fri:    9am - 6pm

Saturdays:  9am - 5pm

Sundays:      ON CALL 

Free Shuttle service provided within the above stated hours only. After-hours pick up can be arranged at NO additional charge.  

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be submitted 72 hours prior to pickup time. For weekend/long weekend, cancellation request must be sent 72 hours before the weekend. Cancellations submitted within 72 hours of the pick up time will be subject to a 1-day rental charge at our regular rates. Any early returns may be a subject to a full charge as per reservation or at our regular rates.  This applies to: compact, intermediate, economy, mid-size, full-size, vans, SUVs, and luxury vehicles

Due to the demand on our fleet during high season, all cancellations on confirmed reservations are subject to full rental charges as per the reservation. This applies for the following vehicles: compact, intermediate, economy, mid-size, full-size 12-passenger vans, minivans, SUVs, luxury & exotic vehicles, convertibles and moving trucks.

NO REFUNDS ON ANY VEHICLE RESERVATIONS AS MENTIONED ABOVE PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

Driver Licenses and Requirements:

We accept all North American Licenses. 

Driver’s licenses with restrictions must check with their provincial laws. Any discrepancies may result in declining to rent the vehicle. 

Any driver’s license obtained outside of North America must be in English and be accompanied by a passport. 

International licenses must also be accompanied with passport.

Please note that for security reasons, we may request up to three different pieces of identification.

LDW Policy:

Any customers who decline our LDW packages must present proof of personal LDW/insurance at the rental counter at the time of pickup.

For customers using their credit cards as insurance, they must check with their respective companies for liability coverage. A mandatory charge of $9.99/day applies for lack of liability or third party coverage.

Please note - credit cards only cover CDW/collision damage, not damage to any property or third party. Credit card coverage only extends to the vehicle and not to any persons involved. Please contact your credit card insurance provider for more information.

Reservation confirmation:

Reservations are not confirmed unless submitted at least 24 hours prior to the pick-up date. If reserving within 48 hours of pick-up time, please call the office to confirm.

Fuel:

Vehicle must be returned at the same level of fuel as was rented. A $25 service charge plus fuel cost will apply if not returned at the same level.

Exotic Cars Deposit:

All exotic and luxury car rentals require a minimum of $1000.00 deposit on a credit card.

Exotic cars Km:

All exotic and luxury car rentals include 100km free per day.

Truck shifts:

Moving trucks may be requested for 24-hour shifts during the weekdays. 6-hour shifts apply on weekends and at the end of the month. 

Moving Truck:

Cargo Vans 19.95/day+0.49/km +Optional Safemove Insurance+ All applicable taxes.

10 Foot Moving Trucks 19.95/day+0.69/km +Optional Safemove Insurance+All applicable taxes.

14 Foot Moving Trucks 29.95/day+0.69/km +Optional Safemove Insurance+All applicable taxes.

17 Foot Moving Trucks 29.95/day+0.69/km +Optional Safemove Insurance+All applicable taxes.

26 Foot Moving Trucks 39.95/day+0.69/km +Optional Safemove Insurance+All applicable taxes.

Age Requirements:

Minimum Age: 23

Age 23 to 25 - $10 Surcharge applies.  

Age 21+ for Moving Trucks Age 23+ for regular cars/minivans/SUV Age 23+ for Luxury and Exotic vehicles.

Additional Drivers:

1 additional driver permitted an additional charge of $10.00 applies per day.

Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 23

All additional drivers must have valid driver’s license. Additional drivers may be requested to provide a valid credit card under their name at the time of the rental.

Deposit Requirements:

Cash deposits are not accepted.

Alltime Car Rental Corporation accepts the following rental deposits:

VISA, Master Card, AMEX, or direct bill (with special approval)

Payment Methods:

Alltime Car Renal Corporation accepts the following methods of payment:

Debit Card, VISA Check, VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, direct bill (with special approval), or cash.

Pick-ups and Drop-offs:

No charge for pick-ups and drop-offs

Optional Charges and Coverage:

Any renters who have transferable insurance, or carry any credit card that covers rental insurance may transfer it to some rental vehicles.

If transferable insurance is not confirmed at the time of the rental, customer is required to purchase one of the CDW packages offered by our company.

If CDW/LDW is declined, the customer personally assumes full responsibility for the total cash value of the vehicle and any other charges resulting from any damages incurred while rented. 

Moving trucks, luxury and exotic vehicles are required to purchase one of the CDW packages offered. 

Cancelation Policy:

Compact to full-size vehicle cancellations must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to pick-up time. Cancellations within the 72 hours period are subject to a cancellation charge. Luxury, exotic, specialty, convertibles, 12-passenger vans, 7-passenger vans, and SUVs have a strict no-cancellation policy.

Insurance and Coverage:

Any renters who have transferable insurance, or carry any credit card that covers rental insurance may transfer it to some rental vehicles. Please check with your insurance providers for more details. If transferable insurance is not confirmed at the time of the rental, the customer is required to purchase one of the CDW packages offered by our company. If CDW/LDW is declined, the customer personally assumes full responsibility for the total cash value of the vehicle and any other charges resulting from any damages incurred while rented. Moving trucks, luxury and exotic vehicles are required to purchase one of the CDW packages offered.

Geographic Restrictions:

Vehicle may travel within Canada and to United States with special permission. Destination must be provided at the time of rental. Additional charges and kilometer restrictions will apply. Unlimited Km only offered if traveling within the province. Unlimited Kms up to a maximum of 3000 Km.

Pricing Policy:

Prices are subject to change without notice. In addition, all prices quoted on our website are in USD dollar.
